AMA National Postal Relay Championships – 2012

The National Relay Championships are to be held from 15 Jan 12 to 29 Feb 12, and shall involve only the following relays in 2012, for both Men and Women:
 

  •  4 x 100m; 4 x 400m; 4 x 800m;
  •  4 x 800 M walk
  • Long Jump; Shot Put;
    Hammer; Discus

 
Results are to be with the Director of Competitions by 9 Mar 12.
 

Entry Form – includes background concept, rules, entry forms, race result forms.
Postal Relays Results – result spreadsheets to be completed and posted to the Director of Competitions.
