Springvale Dandenong venue this year are bringing back the 5K run/walk event to run in conjunction to the 10K Brown Shield championship event.
Although this event is run at the same time, it is not a Brown Shield event. Primarily it is to cater for other VMA members wishing to participate at a comfortable level without the stress of a championship competition. In the past this has also been a popular event.
Registration for this event will be on the day (12th July) from 8.30am to 9.30am and will cost $5. Starting time for this event will be at the same time & place as the 10K. However Springvale venue will time & monitor this event separately to the 10K event.
NOTE: This event is not part of the Brown Shield.
