We have a combination of sprints, middle distance, long and short walks and distance runs. Many of our events are based on estimated time or handicaps to ensure that everyone has a chance regardless of age or ability. The aim is to get fit, challenge yourself and to enjoy the company of others who enjoy running and/or walking. We publish a three-monthly program and during the course of the year, there are a number of specific challenge events for runners and walkers. The program for the coming three months is below:
There is a sprint/middle distance group which meets every Sunday morning on the oval next to the track at 9.30am. The program is based on high-intensity intervals and several of our distance runners also attend to make this their interval session.
