08:30 – VMA 5000m Championship – Women

09:15 – VMA 5000m Championship – Men

10:00 – VRWC 5000m, 3000m – Open (all ages)

10:40 – WRWC 1500m – Open (all ages)

Entries:

All entries may be made online via the VRWC web entry form or, up to 30minutes prior to the race, at Mentone on the day. All payments to be made at Mentone. Late entries, less than 30 minutes prior to the race, are not acceptable.

As chips/tags will be used for the VMA races, lap scorers do not have to be arranged by competitors. Chips/tags may be used for the VRWC races if competitors would like to have their lap times recorded.
