VMA Marathon Championships 2015

Race Report

Held in conjunction with the Medibank Melbourne Marathon Festival, the 2015 VMA Marathon Championships saw perfect conditions for competitors on the morning of Sunday 18th October. Although there weren’t many VMA athletes in the field, twenty-eight began and finished.

First VMA male across the line was Adam Gregory (31) of Aberfeldie Venue, a new member in the 2016 season, finishing in an impressive 2:59:14, followed a mere eleven seconds later by fellow Aberfeldie Venue member Antonio Giuliani (44). Finishing in 3:35:09, Nicola Hamilton-Morris (33) was first VMA female.
