EVENTS FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITY
Contact us or just turn up on any Wednesday. There is no charge for the initial visit or two.
Events are conducted for fitness walkers and race walkers [400m to 5km], and runners – sprint, middle distance and distance [50m to 10km] – different events each week. Most events are based on a timed or distance handicap, or on a self-estimated time.
Come along and enjoy yourself – jogging, running, or walking – for fitness or fun. Contact details and links to our newsletter and evening program can be found near the bottom of this page.

Ross Reserve Memorial Drive Springvale - When:
- Every Wednesday evening, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. We meet every Wednesday evening throughout the year; rain hail or shine [even on holidays – but, Christmas Day is an exception].
- Sunday mornings – long runs (contact us for the location & time)
- Who:
- Everyone, from beginner to elite, is welcome.
- Events:
- Events are conducted for fitness walkers and race walkers [400m to 5km], and runners – sprint, middle distance and distance [50m to 10km] – different events each week. Most events are handicap or estimated-time events.
- Winter Championship Events – 8km – 1/2 marathon, (cross country and road races) throughout the year.
