MASTERS ATHLETICS FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES
Everyone, from beginner to elite, is welcome. Our members range in age from 32 to 86!
Our program is track based, under lights during winter. We also have park and river runs during the summer months.
Come along and enjoy yourself – jogging, running, walking, or throwing.

Our typical Wednesday program includes a short sprint, a middle distance (800m to 1 mile), a long sprint (200m to 400m), ending in a long run of 2km to 6km. When the evenings are warmer and lighter, our long run will often be around the park or the river.
The emphasis is always on fun and friendly competition. We all encourage each other to achieve our goals in a supportive environment. Whether that is smashing a personal best in the 100m, or working towards completing a 5km run without stopping. We are here for everyone.
All events are timed, and the times are converted to an age-graded score, to even out the playing field for everyone. Click on the link below to access our full program for 2025.
