EVENTS FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITY
Contact us or just turn up on any Wednesday. There is no charge for the initial visit or two.
Events are conducted for fitness walkers and race walkers [400m to 5km], and runners – sprint, middle distance and distance [50m to 10km] – different events each week. Most events are based on a timed or distance handicap, or on a self-estimated time.
Come along and enjoy yourself – jogging, running, or walking – for fitness or fun. Contact details and links to our newsletter and evening program can be found near the bottom of this page.
