2019 VMA 3000m Championship

Please Note : This year the race is back at Duncan McKinnon Reserve, North Road, Murrumbeena. This event will be held in conjunction with the VMA Throws Pentathlon but, of course is a separate event. Also, the VMA AGM will not be held after this event but will be on May 5th.
