The heat draw for the
VMA 30+ 3000m Track Championship Sunday 5 May

Location:  Duncan Mackinnon Reserve, Murrumbeena 
PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the increased number of participants (80 entered)
The first event will NOW START at 10:00am (arrive by 9:30am)   
Runners need to organise lap scorers for themselves. 

Note: the event will be followed by the VMA AGM  (includes a light lunch for those attending the AGM). 
Please stay for the AGM as we are updating our constitution and require member support.
